Financial professionals from across the industry gathered at the Royal Lancaster London to hear Tim Vine reveal the results.
After a quarter of a million people had their say in our survey last year, the results of the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2024, brought to you by Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, were finally revealed. Professionals from across the finance industry gathered at the Royal Lancaster London last night to discover the winners of the awards in a black-tie event hosted by comedian Tim Vine.
“The Moneyfacts Consumer Awards recognise the banks, building societies, insurers and financial service providers that are the absolute best in their respective categories,” explained James Brooks, Website Manager at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk.
These awards are highly respected throughout the finance industry and combine over 35 years of Moneyfacts’ expertise with consumer opinion to determine the results.
Categories span a wide range of services across the savings, mortgage, banking and insurance markets. As a consumer, the awards can help you make informed decisions when it comes to your personal, family and household finances.
“We congratulate all the winners and those that have been commended and highly commended and thank the 250,000 consumers that shared their honest and personal views with us about the best brands for customer service during the last 12 months,” said Brooks.
A full list of this year’s winners can be found on our Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2024 results page.
