Accessibility

We want everyone who visits the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing?

To help us make the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk website.

How are we doing?

We're working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realise there are some areas that still need improving. The following information lists which sections of the WCAG guidelines we feel we may not yet be adhering to, and what we intend to do to become fully compliant.

  • Success criteria 2.4.1: A mechanism should be available to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple Web pages.

Moneyfactscompare.co.uk will be assessing whether adding functionality to skip sections of a web page is desired or required by users. Care must be taken to ensure that we do not make it too easy to skip important information. Moneyfactscompare.co.uk will be reviewing the above requirement and will make changes as soon as possible.
