Hundreds of thousands of people took part in our consumer survey last year – and the results are finally here!
After hundreds of thousands of people voiced their opinions on the organisations they trust with their personal, family and household finances in our Consumer Survey last year, those brands deemed to be the very best in their field were crowned last night at the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards 2025.
Professionals from across the finance industry attended the black-tie event held at the Royal Lancaster London; hosted by broadcaster and author, Sara Cox, the awards debuted a fresh new look to affirm the important role visitors to Moneyfactscompare.co.uk play in determining the results.
Formerly known as the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards recognise the banks, building societies and providers that offer the best services across the savings, mortgage, banking and insurance markets. Highly respected throughout the industry, they also help consumers to make informed financial decisions.
While the name may have changed, James Brooks, Website Manager at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, assured both consumers and providers alike that “the trust in the awards will remain the same”.
Recipients of the awards were decided by combining consumer feedback with over 35 years of Moneyfacts’ expertise.
“We congratulate all the winners, as well as those that have been highly commended and commended,” said Brooks, adding “we would also like to thank the over 200,000 consumers who shared with us their honest views about the services they’ve received over the past 12 months”.
