Feedback from Petgevity

We are proud that Petgevity has been commended in the Best Claims Service category, and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us.
Handling claims is one of the most important moments in the customer journey, and this recognition reflects the trust pet owners place in us when their pets need care the most. Our goal has always been to make the claims process as straightforward, transparent and supportive as possible, helping owners focus on their pet’s recovery rather than the paperwork.
This commendation is also a testament to the dedication of our team, who work hard every day to provide compassionate service and efficient claims support.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of our customers and partners. Your votes motivate us to continue improving our service and ensuring that pets and their owners receive the support they deserve when it matters most.

Quick overview of Petgevity

Petgevity’s mission is to make pets feel included by offering quality insurance designed for pet owners whose animals may already have health conditions. Unlike many insurers that automatically exclude existing illnesses, Petgevity’s Lifetime Plus policies can provide cover for certain pre-existing medical conditions, subject to assessment and acceptance.
When applying, owners are asked to declare any symptoms, diagnoses or treatments their pet has had in the two years before the policy begins. Based on this information, Petgevity confirms which conditions can be covered, giving owners greater peace of mind.
Policies offer vet fee cover from £1,000 up to £15,000 per year, which can be reviewed and increased over time. This helps owners manage the cost of treatment if an accepted condition requires ongoing care.
By offering flexible protection and the potential to include pre-existing conditions, Petgevity aims to give pet owners reassurance and help pets receive the care they need throughout their lives.
