Feedback from Moneyfactscompare.co.uk

West Brom Building Society underlined its dominance in this category after it took the title of “First-Time Mortgages Buyers’ Choice” at the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards for the third year in a row. The lender had one of the biggest leads in average score over its rivals, which included several well-known building societies and some major banks.

Many lenders have been making positive steps to help those wanting to get on the property ladder this year, but West Brom Building Society’s service and its range of products clearly impressed the consumers we surveyed. Even though mortgage rates have eased over the past year, affordability and the ability to save up a sufficient deposit continue to pose a challenge for many would-be buyers. So lenders such as West Brom Building Society have an important role to play in helping individuals achieve their homeownership goals.
