Launching from next week, the new Moneyfactscompare.co.uk TV adverts emphasise the importance of shopping around for the best savings rates.

Two new TV adverts from Moneyfactscompare.co.uk are set to air next month – each highlighting the importance of shopping around for the best savings rates.

They build on the earlier success of our first national TV campaign that launched in March 2023 and asked savers whether their money was earning as much as it could.

“The new adverts will round off what has already been an exciting year for the website,” said Richard Ward, Sales and Marketing Director at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk. Last month, Moneyfactscompare.co.uk celebrated 25 years of helping consumers make more informed financial decisions.

However, our work isn’t done. “There are still many consumers getting a raw deal on their savings or having their hard-earned cash eroded by the rising cost of living,” explained Ward. “We hope our new TV adverts prompt savers to review their accounts and consider making a switch,” he added.

How to find the best savings rates

At Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, our savings charts are regularly updated throughout the day and include accounts from across the whole of the market so you can easily find and compare the best rates.

You can also read our weekly savings and ISA roundups for more information on the most competitive accounts, and subscribe for free to our Savers Friend newsletter which provides weekly updates on recent rate changes and product launches.

Filming of our new TV adverts wrapped last week following months of pre-production. While viewers will have to wait until November to see the final products, the picture below offers a taster of what to expect.

In a break from our original, animated advert, the new adverts have live actors playing the roles of Frank and Margaret; like many other savers, the couple are disappointed to learn their provider is cutting rates. But, with a little help from their daughter Lucy (and a talking pig!), they soon learn that shopping around for the best interest rates can make life more interesting.

“Our original advert served us well and, in its most recent stint, has been on air consistently for around five months,” said Ward. “While we knew we wanted to continue our TV advertising campaign into 2026, we felt it was time for fresh creatives that drive home the positive impact switching savings accounts can have on consumers’ everyday lives,” he added.

Eagle-eyed viewers should also look out for a festive update to one of the adverts from December – a time when consumers might particularly feel the pinch.
