The 2027 shortlists have been announced!

Consumers have until 20 November 2026 to highlight not just the best financial products, but also to recognise the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

James Brooks, Website Manager said: “Every year thousands of consumers tell us which brands are delivering when it comes to product quality and customer service. Those who vote will not only have the chance to have their say, but those who complete the survey will also be in with a chance to win a £1,000 cash prize.

“Importantly, the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards aren’t just about celebrating success – they give consumers an additional, trusted point of reference when weighing up the products available to them. Hearing directly from those who have used the products provides valuable insight and can help people make more informed decisions with greater confidence.”

What are the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards?

Decided by consumers, the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards celebrate providers that offer the very best products and services across family, household and personal finances.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of consumers voice their opinions on products and services from across the finance industry; their feedback is combined with impartial analysis from Moneyfacts’ team of experts to decide the winners of the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards.

Previously known as the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, they were rebranded as the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards in 2025 to better reflect the vital role visitors to the website play in crowning the winners. The awards remain a badge of quality and are widely respected throughout the industry; recipients can be identified by proudly displaying our instantly recognisable winner’s logo.

Awards Methodology

Stage 1: Shortlists for these awards are first assessed by our highly qualified research team who, using a strict set of criteria, drill down into the small print of each provider’s product range to measure their technical strengths and weaknesses. Only the companies that offer the best products go on to form the shortlists.

Stage 2: The shortlists are then tested in our consumer surveys, which cover personal, household and family finance. Consumers score the providers they have experience with in each relevant category. This second stage helps to decide the overall result, so the consumer contribution influences who comes out on top.

The University of East Anglia (UEA) was commissioned to independently verify the customer service survey and analysis process of the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards.
